Instructions
Put cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and mix.
Add half a cup of milk and keep stirring.
Add flour, ½ cup sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon in another bowl. Continue stirring to mix them.
Take another bowl and pour the remaining milk, melted butter, and egg.
Keep mixing.
Now add the wet milk, butter, and egg mixture to the dry mixture you made in Step 3. And mix them properly.
Take an ice cream scooper and 1 scooper of batter at a time to make 1 ball.
This way, you’ll make all the balls.
Now put the frying pan on the stove and heat on medium-high. Put oil on the pan and let it warm for 1 minute
This time Fry the balls for 10 minutes at medium-low heat.
Transfer the balls to a plate while they become brown.
Let them cool for 10 minutes.
Take the balls while cold and roll them in the Confectioners’ sugar.
Now cut a hole in the middle of each ball.
Stuff the Cinnabon balls.
And your recipe is ready to serve.
Tips
You shouldn’t refrigerate the cinnamon delights directly. Put them in an airtight container and then refrigerate.
You can store the cinnaBon balls for more than 30 days.
Thaw the frozen balls for at least 15 minutes before your reheat.
The ideal reheating time for cinnamon balls is 1 minute at medium-low heat.
