Instructions
Take a mixing bowl and put salt, pepper, paprika, and vegetable oil.
Mix them until combined.
Now take the chicken pieces and coat them with the spice mixture.
Now fry these chicken pieces at medium heat.
Remove them from the frying pan.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Now chop the pieces into small chuck.
Take a mixing bowl and put the diced chicken in the bow.
Now take your lettuce and white celery and add them to the chicken.
Mix them well.
Now add grapes, and olives, and mix with the chicken.
Add black pepper, salt, and mayonnaise.
Keep stirring until the ingredients are mixed properly.
It’s ready to serve.
Serve after 1 hour at least.
Tips
Keeping the salad for a few hours before serving will increase its taste.
Don’t toss too hard over the ingredients like grapes and lettuce. It will smash them.
Don’t refrigerate this chicken salad directly. Keep the leftover in a ziplock bag and then refrigerate.
Adding sour cream, and a squeeze of lemon juice brings delicious flavor.
