Blend the pear, onion, and bell peppers in your food processor.
Drain the extra liquid from the blended ingredients.
Now put a saucepan on your stove and put vinegar, sugar, salt, pickling spices, and turmeric.
Bring them to a boil at low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the mixture you made in Step 1 after 10 minutes of boiling. And cook for 15 minutes at low heat.
Bring 3 jars and pour the mixture into them.
Put them in the fridge for 2 days before serving.
Your pear relish is ready.
