Instructions
Take a large Douch oven and preheat it to 350° F
Put butter and let it melt. Continue stirring
Now add onion and carrot
Saute for 10 minutes
After cooking for 10 minutes, add all other ingredients, including chicken broth and shredded chicken
Keep simmering for 20 minutes
Add milk, chopped parsley, and lemon juice
Simmer for 5 more minutes
Add cooked rice and cook for 10 minutes
Now your soup is ready to serve with your favourite toppings
