For Meringue

Instructions
For the Pie
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add all the dry ingredients together and add in butter.
Mix yolks with milk and add them to the mixture.
Stir them and turn off the heat.
Lastly, add vanilla.
Drop the concoction on the pie shell.
Let it set and cool down.
For the Meringue
Separate the egg whites at room temperature.
Mix cream of tartar, vinegar, and salt. Beat the mixture.
Add the sugar and stir.
Add unequal layers over the pie.
Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
