Dark brown cane sugar
Yeast (1/2 tsp per gallon)
Instructions
Collect the apples
Peel the apples and use distilled water to wash
Crush the apples using a potato masher
Put the crushed apple in a pot and fill it with water
Boil the mixture and let it cool down at around 160°F (70°C)
Once cooled, strain the mixture through cheesecloth
