Instructions
Add all ingredients to the large bowl and mix.
Add the steak to the mixture and mix properly
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Place all refrigerated steak strips on the cookie sheets.
Set your oven at the lowest temperature, around 150-175°F
Now let your steak to baking for almost six hours by turning after three hours.

It's easier to cut meat partially frozen.

Pound meat lightly, you don't want it too thin.
