Instructions
Use a large skillet on medium heat to melt butter
Stir bell peppers on the butter for 3 minutes until it's tender.
Add 1 cup of water in the skillet and bring it to a boil
Stir in the Zatarain rice mix and bring it to a boil again
Reduce the heat to a low and cover the skillet. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Then add in the shrimp, crab meat, and green onions.
When the rice is tender and the shrimp pink, remove it from the heat.
Remove the rice from the stove and let it stand for 5 minutes.
