Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Mozzarella Cheese

Brioche bread crumbs

Instructions
Cook the macaroni in a large pot using salted water for 9 minutes
Strain the macaroni with a strainer
Pour the macaroni is a greased rectangular baking dish
Use a nonstick pan and add 1/2 slice butter, parmesan, brie, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
Cook (approximately 12 minutes) the cheese on medium-low heat and gently stir the mixture
Slowly add 1 liter of milk into the cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. Also, add pepper and salt
Pour the cheese mixture into the baking dish
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Top the baking dish with chopped brioche bread
Bake your dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour
Bring the dish out and serve it with applesauce
Tips
You can add more milk to make the mixture smoother. Otherwise, the dish will stay a little dry.
