Fresh jumbo shrimp

Instructions
Start by peeling shrimp and cut them in half lengthwise.
Remove the tails and devein them.
Place them into a large pot filled with water and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium low and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the water using tongs and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the wine and bring to a boil.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter.
Whisk until melted.
Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
