Instructions
For Crust
Mix all the ingredients and Bake.
Cool it down.
For filling
Melt the butter and add milk.
Add the dark brown sugar, salt, and cornstarch and stir.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Add vanilla extract and white sugar after turning off the flame.
Pour the mixture on the crust and refrigerate.
For The Meringue
Whip the egg whites, cream of tartar, and sugar.
Add the vanilla extract.
Spread a thick layer over the pie.
Blow torch the topping.
