Instructions
Preheat the oven
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt
Mix the butter
Add the sugar
Beat in the egg and vanilla

Add more milk, if necessary
Shape dough
Wrap in plastic and freeze
Unwrap dough and bake
Flatten the dough
Sprinkle the dough evenly
Roll the dough
Transfer the rolled dough to the prepared pans
Wrap again in plastic
Bake the rolls again
