Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees
Rinse the sliced potatoes and dip the fries in fresh water for 1 hour
Drain the water and pat the slices with a paper towel
Sprinkle the salt and pepper. Also, the oil and herbs
In the oven pan, put a baking sheet and place the fries
Turn those slices halfway through
Bake them for 14 to 16 minutes until golden brown and crispy
