Instructions
Toast the dried chiles for 2 minutes over medium-high heat
Steam the toasted chile in hot water for 15 minutes and make a puree.
Turn the stove to medium-high heat and cook onion, garlic cloves, and three types of peppers for 7 minutes until translucent.
Then add the cubed beef and ground beef for 8 minutes until browned.
Time to add other seasonings and all-purpose flour for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Finally, add the blended puree, beef stock, and kosher salt. Bring the sauce to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to a low simmer.
Partially cover the chili pot and let it simmer for at least 2 hours and serve!
