Instructions
Mix the red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, garlic powder, and black pepper powder in a bowl.
Season the sliced chicken breast with the spice mixture.
Put a pan on the stove at medium-high heat and put olive oil. Fry the chicken breasts for 5 minutes.
Saute onion for 5 minutes.
Now add green and red bell peppers with the onion. Saute them for 5 more minutes and then transfer them to a bowl.
Chop the chicken slices.
Put another pan on the stove and spray butter into it at medium heat. Give one tortilla and let it warm.
Now spread shredded cheddar, sauteed onion and pepper, chopped chicken pieces, and cheddar cheese on the tortilla gradually.
This time give another tortilla on the top of cheddar and cook for two minutes.
Cut the tortillas into four pieces and serve with your preferred sauces and side dishes.
Tips
Adding vegetables like chopped beans, shredded carrots, and cabbage will add more health benefits.
If you like heat, eat the quesadilla with jalapeno sauce.
Serve tomato sauce with quesadilla.
Don’t use butter while sautéing onion and bell peppers.
