Tie and keep the bag aside.
Put a saucepan on the stove at medium heat.
Put 3 cups of water, half the tomatoes, jalapenos, and salt.
Bring them to a boil for 10 minutes.
Now get the roasted chile pepper from the bag.
Cut them into tiny slices.
Blend the tomato and jalapenos you boiled, salt, pollo, 1 sliced onion, and 2 garlic cloves.
Add flour in the blended mixture and blend again.
Put a pan on the stove at medium-low heat. Put olive oil and let it warm.
Add chopped onion, garlic powder, and pepper and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the peeled chopped chilies and the remaining half tomatoes and saute for another 5 minutes.
Add the blended liquid and let it simmer for 15 minutes at low heat.
Your recipe is ready.
Tips
After adding the blended liquid, you must continue stirring. Or else, the mixture can stick to the pan bottom and burn.
Adding thin chicken slices will bring a great taste.
Add parsley to the blended liquid while simmering for an added flavor.
To get the strongest spiciness, add more jalapenos than we have recommended.
Removing the seeds from green chili will lessen the heat.
Overcooking the final blended liquid will lessen the taste.
Try not to serve this dish to kids.
