Sugar

Mashed Banana

Baking Soda and Salt

Instructions
Take a 9×5 loaf pan and grease the bottom of the pan.
Take a bowl and put the butter and sugar in it and mix well.
Mix two eggs and the cups of smashed banana when the butter-sugar seems creamed.
Now add buttermilk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt, and walnuts.
Continue stirring.
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Then put the loaf pan in the oven.
Bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let it cool for 1 hour and then slice.
Serve with your favorite dish.

Don’t open your oven midway through baking.
Measure the ingredients in the right amount.
Keep a good balance between all the elements.
Avoid overmixing the batter not to make the cake hard.
Don’t use excessive baking soda. It will make the cake bitter.
